98 durango foglights

I have a 98 Durango slt 5.2 and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to wire the foglights up so they stay on with my high beams or a link that shows me how? thanks for the help

It is a jumper on the fuse panel under the hood. Google and you should find an FYI with pics et al.
