D'oh!!!! 
Why didn't I do that in the beginning??? I'm gonna cut slots in the tubing to allow for the a/c piping to fit in the tubing than on the outside. But how will that affect the air goining into the box? Will the a/c make the air hotter? Or is there no diff on the temp of the air?

I don't think it's really going to hurt either way dude. It's too small!
