putting in new speakers, and want to bypass or w/e i have to do to make my aftermarket speakers sound like they should! what do i do? thanks

 

The factory speakers are 2ohm not 4ohm. If you want to use the OEM amplifier then buy 2ohm speakers. www.crutchfield.com


If you want to take it completely out then it is located in the passenger side kick panel and then re-wire the whole truck and save the amplifier if it's good.

 

re wire the whole truck? wouldn't that be hard? i heard somewhere that you can just bypass the amp without running all new wire is there an easier way?

 

so if i get some 2 ohm they'll sound like the stock? here are what im interested in, will they fit and sound right if i use the stock plastics moiunts?

Nope. Not unless you want to put sub woofers in your doors and have no sound at all.

Go to the Infinity's and look for that same size in 2ohm. The correct Kappas will work with both the stocker amp and a new one if you decide to get something better down the road. No need to swap speakers twice.
