I have a 2000 dodge durango that is having issues and i was told that the rods and pistonswhere going out ... does that mean that i would have to have my engine rebuilt ... i just want to make sure that my friend was being honest about it ...

 

Please repost in the first generation Durango section as this is basicly no mans land,
