Yep, sounds the same. Thats the CTM. Current rates are $450-$495 for the repair. Take both of your Key Fobs, they need them to reprogram to the new CTM. Get it fixed before it leaves you stranded.

can i take a used one off another vehicle like mine and use that????????
The part is like $200 new and it's a PITA to get to. IMHO, just let the dealer do it new.
Additionally, if you did get it yourself... you still have to pay the dealer to install because they have to use their computers to get it to work with your vehicle. You will be there anyway.
