None of the plug gaps were closed. Horrible yes. How they fired, you got me....

Those plugs are in BAD shape.........LOL

even my stockers didnt look that bad after almost 70k (my parents never bothered changing them so when i got the truck and did they were well over-due), but mine were not that black you are either running too rich or sucking oil or something because they should not be nearly that dirty, just my .02 but keep an eye on the plugs to see if the new ones get the same way, it could just be that they were getting black bc they werent firing correctly and leaving too much unburned fuel
