Just look at it. The TB adapter is just bolted on. Looks stupid IMHO.

That’s Edelbrock's version of the M1. That is a regular airgap intake manifold for the pre-magnum 5.2L and 5.9L. Edelbrock incorporated Fuel Infection ports (FI) and an adapter (like Indy says, crapy) design. Now they sell it as a direct replacement. All in all, the M1 Mopar Performance Intake was built from scratch and I think does a better job....IMHO

This is the one you want. It replaces the OEM barrel and leaves the height. It seals the plenum and has long open runners directly into the heads that leads to less heating of the air before intake by keeping the air off the motor.


As for the 4.7L

There is nothing that I know of yet.

:'( that means we arent going to get anything in the near future, its been out too long and too many changes made to it for my version to get any new toys

It also looks like a hack job with an adapter to adapter 3 piece design. Also it has no claims of improvement. I would avoid it personally.
