start with a tune up if that hasnt been done recently, include plugs (copper core champions ONLY for best results, and NO PLATINUMS they cause more problems) wires cap and rotor and reset the code, if it come back try running injector cleaner through the gas tank, and after that tank is run through reset the codes again.

if they come back let us know, the next step is a little bit more involved

i had the engine torn apart and cleaned cause the flex-plate was loose about amonth ago but i have had the code for about a year or so and have had work done to try and figre it out and all anyone can tell me is its not the cylinder or head, compression is normal. i also replaced a fuel injector yesterday and now im also having to throttle it to keep it alive could it be i need to replace all 8 cause i know they have build up around the nozzle i have also replaced wires rotor cap and had run fuel injector cleaner through at least two tanks

chek the IAC motor on the back of the thottle body, they get diry and gummed up and can cause the new problem you are having, its not an expensive piece so just replace it and are you clearing the codes after each attempt? you could also possibly not have enough fuel pressure, but that usually only causes problems at higher rpms

Clean the overall Throttle Body and IAC then do a reset on the PCM.
