the pcm is the computer which controlls pretty much everything under the hood (the powertrain control module) its an expensive part but without it the truck wont run

 

You need to ignore & clear those codes. yes at least one set your light but they could also be a lot left over from something before & was not cleared properly. so the codes stay but the light is off, till something new comes up, you pull codes & panic sets in.

Clear em, drive it till the light resets then check & see what came back, deal with that then do it again. odds are most of those are not valid current codes, but my sympathy if they are.
