Default Brake pedal issue

Hey,

Got a problem with my brakes and not sure what i need to exacly replace. When i use my brake they go straight to the floor, so i was thinking master cylinder right? but i'm losing fluid and the leak seems to be comming from where the master cylinder connects to the brake booster..
so my ? is do i replace the master cylinder or the brake booster? didn't see any place for some type of seal/gasket that goes between the two.

thanks...

you need to get that leak sealed up, sounds to me like thats the problem, you could try just tightening the connection btwn the master cylinder and the brake booster but it be careful doing so(btw, most brake lines that i have worked on did not have a gasket, just a washer or compression fitting) if that doesnt fix it let us know

Sorry, but ignore that last post.

Any brake fluid leaking there is leaking from a bad seal in the back of the brake master cyl. replace the master cyl, there is nothing to tighten up & no way to fix that leak sort of rebuilding or replacing the master cylinder.

You are running on half your brakes till this is fixed!!!

I think Dislander got that one. Replace the Master Cylinder but bleed it and flush first before install.
