Are those the original rims? Also some people have said that that kind of lift does not give enough clearance for 33s have you had any problems.

Yeah they are his original rims. just painted black. and yeah in most cases the 2 inch torsion/shackle lift doesn't give clearance for 33's but his are only 10.5 inches wide (stock width) most people try and go for 33x12.5 or even 33x11.5. Also he trimmed his front bumper so it would rub much less. He has cranked his torsion bolts a few turns.

Smile 2002 SLT 4x4

I bought my Dude Rango back in 2003, used with less than 12k on her. I have enjoyed driving her for the past 8 years and look forward to more. No major problems other than some rust, the steering column is binding and the 4x4 selector shifter wont engage. I guess I need to take her in for a once over.

the binding could be your power steering going out? buy a new power steering pump maybe? and the 4x4 selector might be an eletrical problem with the switch? anyways sounds like you enjoy your durango. i'd talk more about the problems but sharp will get mad if we get off topic!! he's had to clean this thread up a lot. and has been patient with us lol

FINALLY GOT A DURANGO!! 1998 Durango SLT 5.2L Chili Pepper Red Pearl, 96,000 miles. 1 Owner(Illinois State Trooper) has paperwork for everything ever done to the vehicle including special order window sticker($31,800). Has tons of aftermarket parts. Headers, magnaflow exhaust, edelbrock shocks, optima yellow top, performance intake manifold , throttle body, and K&N CAI, underdrive pulleys, 93 octane computer, mopar valve covers, and Husky Floor Liners from front to back. Also came with all stock parts, stock computer, and extra belts. Looks like a brand new car inside and out and all that for……….$5,000. Hope that is a decent deal, didn’t really look around much just seen it and drove it home.
