Default Avery noob question

First off would like to say this is my first post. So far lovin the site and the info avail ( have learned alot in the first hour )

One big question ( and i am sure it has been answered i just cant find it ) What is wrong with using Platinum Plugs?

You will get all differences of opinions on plugs. HOWEVER, the general consensus of most is that the plats simply do not perform well in the 5.x magnum motors. A few like them, most do not.

Since others works as good or better, it is smarter to save the money and the headaches and just go with something else to begin with.

I'm an Autolite 3923 guy personally.

Our motors were never built to burn Platinum plugs therefore they don't like em!
