Default what are these parts?

They came off my 2000 Durango SLT 4X4. I bought it about 3 years ago, and the guy gave me these spare stock parts, because he had a K&N fuel injection performance kit installed on 1/13/06, the mileage at the time was 25,940 on the Durango. Long story short I was cleaning out the garage today and found these in the K&N box, I know they have something to do with the air intake, air filter, and such, but I was thinking about selling or giving them awyay on Craigslist but don't know what to call them or if they are worth anything. I am sorry if this a lame question but any and all replies would be appreciated.

the round piece with the hose is the air hat (bolts to the throttle body) and the two square pieces are the air box, where the filer actually goes, the round hose from the first piece goes into the smaller square(ish) piece and the 90 degree elbow is to direct the intake air into the fender (not sure what you would call it) but you have the entire intake filter assembly from a 5.2/5.9l dodge v8
