Unhappy 2000 Durango R/T Rear A/C Problem

i just recently purchased a 2000 Durango R/T 5.9L. I was looking ahead to summer and decided to check the a/c. The front a/c blows very cold, but the rear a/c unit (on the ceiling) will not turn on. i have put the front selector to a/c and max a/c, but when turning the "rear A/C" ****, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Start by checking the fuse. It is all one system so if there is coolant in the front there is coolant in the back. It is the rear fan that isn't working, not the AC.

apologies for any confusion, im not quite used to the forum thing yet, but yes, it is the rear a/c fan that will not turn on. i have checked fuses in the cab and under the hood, but i can not seem to find any that are blown. is there anything else that could be wrong?
thanks
