the new 4.7 is quick (my dads new dak has it 310hp makes it a rocket compared to my 4.7), but idk if i would want it, the new truck has an electronic throttle control (i am seriously considering just keeping the truck i have now to avoid the electronic throttle completely) and other than that and the 8 extra spark plugs its essentially the same to work on, the oil filter is in the same place, and im 90% sure he has the same transmission as my truck.

 

Ya but the 8 extra plugs are only for emissions on exhaust stroke to burn any fuel that might be left behind from the power stroke.
