Default Window problem...any ideas?

So, my parent's durango, a 2002 slt with the 5.9L has a slight passenger window problem. It was not working and the other day someone that we know looked at it briefly and said that there was a little plastic piece that holds the window in place, and apparently it broke. I have no idea what this little plastic part is and if it can be replaced or what. Any ideas on what this may be and what part I may need to buy to get the window working again?

in all honesty, there are ALOT of little plastic pieces inside of the the doors on these trucks, take the inside panel off and look for yourself, take some pictures of it, and what you think is broken and we will go from there, without some idea of which part of what it looks like (picture not description) we really cannot do anything

Well, just seeing if anyone has had a problem like this before or any ideas and ya, I will be going home in 3 weeks so I guess I'll take pictures then and then post again.

It could be the power window motor assy.. I've replaced mine twice. It has plastic gears and guides..
