Default Intermittent burned grease smell

I'm having an intermittent musky burned grease smell on the interior.
Can't decide if it is AC or brake pads. I have had one front caliper replaced, could be the other.
Sometimes it smells when I crank it after sitting for several hours. But doesn't the AC smell have a rotten egg smell?

Need further info, does it smell with the A/C on or off? Brakes only smell if they are hanging up, if they are hanging up, you would notice the steering pulling very hard in the direction of the caliper that is bad. Right caliper hanging up, vehicle pulls very hard to the right. Same goes for the left side, it would pull very hard to the left. Musty smells with the A/C is common esp. in humid areas or your drain is clogged for the evaporator core housing causing water to collect in the bottom of your housing and not fully draining out. Like I said, a little further info needed.
