BW Vaccum valve?

Hi, just picked up a 2003 Durango 4x4 with a 4.7. I heard a vacuum leak under the hood, and found that its something that says BW. Is there supposed to be a hose hooked to this going somewhere. What does it do? Thanks

Its the little vacuum port that sits on top of the tb.

I think he's talking about the Evap port.
