02 Durango Front bumper question

02 Durango Front bumper question
Hello All,
I am a new guy to your forum. One of the cars I own is an 02 Durango and it has proven to be a good car. My question is, I'm replacing the front support bumper and the RH bracket that attaches the support bumper to the frame.
What is the secret to removing that bracket? It looks like to me that I may have to unbolt the body from the frame on the front. Is that correct? Any hints?

My car is a 95 Lincoln MK VIII with 226,000 miles. I do all the work on that car also. Other car I maintain is a 93 Volvo 940 wagon.
