Default AC Leaking at line connection

I have a 2000 Durango leaking refridgerant from the connection to the rear blower. The connection is outside under the pass seat, smaller line coming out of floor board connecting to the line which runs forward. There appears to be a retaining clamp and I'm guessing a seal there where a very small amount or refridgerant is leaking. I serviced 134 with dye. How does this come apart and how to get resealed? Any help is appreciated.

Is it an over head clamp that revolves around the fitting? If it is there should be an O-ring that is between them leaking. I would have a shop do it for me personally.
