A/C Problems
I have a 2001 Durango that is not blowing cold, checked the small fan at the radiator it is working fine, checked the compressor and it seems to be cycling, it appears that something may be clogged not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is great to be back since my hiatus. If your A/C compressor is cycling too much, it is a sure sign of low on freon. You will need gauges to hook up to the A/C to verify. The blend air door has an actuator motor that usually goes out on the Durango's and that has been a big culprit in not blowing out cold because it is mixing hot and cold together. Plastic wears out with age and I would prefer the old fashioned cable system but everything has gone to electronics and motor actuated crap. Even the Big Rigs (Semi's) have the actuator motors in them that causes havoc.
