Default P0344 code on 03 4.7l

Just recently discovered this code and it makes sense as I have been having stalling issues and at one point a no start for about an hour

Anyone if there is an easy fix for this code
I guess it's a camshaft position sensor.

Thanks again SharpShooter I already got that and it said it is easier to lift the truck but I read later on a forum that they got at it from the top of the engine. I just thought maybe someone else might haves tackled it with this year.

Well i would like to report that i found it easier to get at it from atop the passenger side by taking out the air box and then getting at it.

So far, knock wood , it looks like it has fixed it.
i installed the sensor, cleared the codes and took it for a 30 km drive and im impressed.
Usually, the CEL would have activated in a short bit, but it didnt.
when it first started up it seemed like it was struggling to keep idle, but didnt stall, i did a few shutdowns , start, idle, shutdown and then took her for a run.
I initially noted that when coming to a stop, the idle would shoot down to idle around 500 and just stay there nice and steady, which was a good thing. I dont think it has acclerated like it is now, as it is very smooth and fast. almost feels like im driving a corvette, hehehehe

I did notice, that after acclerating at higher speeds and then letting up on the gas and letting it coast, the idle goes to just below 900 rpms and hoovers there until i give it gas again. i am sure before it never went down that low.

Now i am wondering if I will see a better fuel mpg increase, logically i would think so.
I can say it has never idle'd this quiet since owning it. Hopefully the dreaded CEL stays off now and im a happy camper....

Thanks guys for all the help.
