I got a set of Infinity 6032cf for front and rear...Original order was for 6022 but they had been discontinued so I got the upgraded 6032CF. Mine were about $50 for front set, and $60 for rear. (Same original price, I just got the 6032 at the 6022 price for the front set since the website didnt show them discontinued.)

Mine were plug and play with the factory mountings.

I would recommend you do yourself a favor. Stop at BestBuy and get the wiring harness adapters......approx $13 for set of two. Plug power and ground wires to speaker and other end to factory harness....Plug and play......The 6032 CF series include tweeters.

IF it takes you more than about 30 minutes to install all four speakers something is wrong.

Also I tested each speaker during installation, to verify installation. Then one all speakers were installed one final check by cursoring the speakers through each door, than finishing up to center so all four speakers are checked.

Four speakers with shipping and wiring harness should be less than $200.....if you need the link for the speakers let me know.

This is the original link.........

Note this link is from about February. Be prepared for price adjustments, possible discontinued products but they should be pretty close. Ships from California.

Funny!!!! Did the link work? if not copy and paste in the browser window. The only thing at least with my Kenwood anyway......The GPS speakers also run through the stereo....that means when the GPS gives a turn prompt the music volume cuts down so the GPS has primary volume.... NOt a major deal but you just have to pay attention.

Seriously I am impressed with the Infinity speakers, and with the built in tweeters they sound great... I am not into major thumping or loudness but Infinity definitely sound better than stock. If you want my photobucket link to the speaker install let me know.

You can fit whatever you want want with speakers some just fit better than others. My new infinities are 5.5" and they fit just had to drill new holes through the old spacers and into the door.

Just remember, DO NOT THROW AWAY THE OEM SPEAKER SPACERS!!

Unless you want to retrofit the speakers completely, you will have a limited choice (shallow mount only without the spacers).

I would recommend infinity speakers also. They should come with the adaptors to mount into the oem spacers without any retrofiting.

There is a huge write up and research I did on installing speakers in this forum. Not sure if it is sitll stickied in the DIY thread.
