You would have to take off the clutch assembly and remove the bearings. There should be numbers on the bearings. You can replace them but seeing that your vehicle is 10 years old, I would opt to go the way of replacing the whole compressor. You have to realize that your compressor has been cycling off and on for all those years and it takes it's toll on your clutch assembly and compressor. If you replace your compressor, change out your drier too.
