Question Cold Air Intake

i have been looking into getting a cold air intake for my durango but im unsure of which to get i have been looking mainly at these two.

1: aFe 54-10372 Stage 2 Air Intake system
2: K&N 57-1516 Fuel Injection Performance Kit Gen2 Air Intake Kit

i have seen the custom air intakes that hydrashocker and Kensai installed but im looking for a more professional look then a home made one =P haha so any info on which to get would be helpful or any others that would fit my durango its a 2003 slt+ 4x4 awd 4.7L thanks

are they priced around the same? I say to go with the k&n because they have probaly the best air filters made, but i wouldnt exepect an diffrence between the two CAI's, also on k&n website it says for the black plastic increase they received an increase of 11hp and for the chrome one, 7hp.

I say though to just make one yourself, might even receive better results and an hella alot cheaper.

you wont feel a hp increase from changing the air filter or air intake, so unless you put it on a dyno if you can tell the difference id be very surprised

You can get a different power curve not like some big 20 hp increase or anything like that. Buisnesses sell you product by showing you some truck that made numbers but they don't tell you what else they have done to it over OEM.
