Window rolled down and now nothing, i went and purchased new motor and am trying to install now, having a heck of a time lol. First im trying to remove inside of door, how do you get the 2 metal poles off the door lock and door **** to completely let the inside of door off. This will be 1 of many ?'s i have im sure. please help

 

Basically they are just clips, look at them and push them where there is an opening on the plastic clip and they will pop right off that metal rod for the locks. They just swivel away from it. Then just pull the rod up out of the little hole and that's it.
