Default Overheating

My 2000 Dodge Durango 5.9 L is over heating when sitting at a red light or so. I ,ve replaced the thermostat and it still over heats while sitting. But if I'm driving it nevers over heats. Any one know what eles to do or replace to stop this problem? Like is it the water pump or something? My fans do run as well.

Thank You,
Kenny B.

check the clutch fan w/ the engine off, spin it by hand see how far it goes, if it goes over 1/2 a turn replace the clutch, i would be willing to bet it is that since it runs fine while moving.

Also ensure the electric fan is working.
