sounds like you need to have the bands adjusted and the filters changed while you have it opened up

Hopefully the last update. The code came back, I dropped the pan and found silver metal in it. It wasn't much, but I figured it was time to take in to have the tranny checked. I was told the cooler in the radiator was bad and had aluminum circulating in the trans fluid. I also had a bad torque converter. The trans was rebuilt, the converter was replaced as well as the sensors. They bypassed the cooler in the radiator and install a external tranny cooler. I just got her back, they had her for two days. I post how this are going, she feels like a new beast. Btw, I still have the BW solenoid I swapped it before I took her in for repairs. I'll replace the radiator in the summer with a 3 core if one will fit.

I don't know of a 3 core, never found one?

All I ever found is a 2 core (or row) aluminum with plastic caps (AKA....Original).

I've only been able to find 2 row, so that's what I'll be getting. I'll be keeping an eye on the connections for leaks, since they used regular clamps to attach the pressure hose to the cooler. I won't be making any changes until the warranty expires in 1yr, I don't want them to blame it on my changes if somethings goes wrong with the tranny.
