My '98 4x4 Durango 318 5.2L has almost 200k on it... I would like to swap to a 360 5.9L. Have any of you done this before? I am sure the engine will seat in nicely, but my biggest concerns are going to be fuel supply and the computer. If any of you can help me out with the snags I'll run into before I start this, it would be appreciated. Anything I should do to the 5.9L while I am doing this?

You will need to replace the computer if your putting in the 5.9. When I had the 5.2 in my 98 Durango replaced ,Jasper engines sent the 5.9 by mistake , too make a long story short the shop told me that in order for the 5.9 to work right I would have to buy a new computer to make it work.
