Default Hard starting

So ive searched the forums and read up alittle my issue is that ive had this durango for a couple months and it seems to start hard when cold. When its hot it fires right away no issues, but takes a few seconds when cold and maybe its just me but it seems to be getting alittle worse. Of course here in minnesota its getting colder, I have new plugs, wires, battery in it. I turn the key and let it sit at run position for awhile as suggested in other posts but it doesnt seem to help and I dont notice any difference. Ive even let it sit on for minutes, so is there anything else I can do that doesnt involve dropping the tank... lol

its a 99 durango 5.9L

off the top of my head there is nothing on the lower end price wise to try, and my bet is that you dont want to be dropping a whole lot of money on it.

and for the record a slower(key part there is the ER) start when cold is normal, it just depends on how much slower it actually is

Try Fully Synthetic oil.

Mobil One 10W-30 High mileage Fully Synthetic and a good filter like Bosch, k&n, or Mobil One FS.
