sorry for the ignorance. ive searched the forum and have yet to find what im looking for. i have a 2000 durange 5.2l....
the reverse lights do not work. i bought the vehicle like this, ive checked the switch on the side of the transmission, installed a new one, checked continuity through the plug that plugs in. i have 12V to ground on 2 wires. 1 outside and the center wire. the other wire is dead. im looking a legand "schematic" so i can trace the wires down. if anyone could help me i would appreciate it

Did you fill up on the synthetic reverse light fluid? Kidding! I'm sure a guru will come along soon to help you.

 

excuse me for asking a maybe stupid question, but did you check the bulbs to make sure they are good???
