Dealer said it needs to be replaced, can I pull one from another Durango and if the Durango is running fine why didn't the reboot thay said they tried work? Service invoice said Durango could shut off at any time... is this true???

what is your truck doing that makes them say the PCM is bad? if there are no CELs on, and no running issues (including staying running and starting) then idk why the are saying to replace it, usually there is some problem that you took it to them for which made them say this.
