Cant find fuses for power outlets

My power outlets in both the center console and the one in the rear behind the third row are not working and I have checked all of the fuses and cant find the one(s) for those. Any help would be great.

Were all the fuses good?

You have three spots to check:
- Relays under hood
- Fuses behind side dash door
- The secret Fuses above and behind the dash door fuses
