Default Cold air coming from under dash

I have a big air leak coming the passenger side of the dash down to the leg area. I opened the glove box and reached in as far as I could but couldn't find the leak. Its coming from the top corner of the dash. Any ideas where its coming from?

Check the seal foam piece wedged inside the body panel between the door hinge and the fender.
