heated seats
Yes, I have had the same problem but, have not found the solution yet. I asked the dealership to look when I brought it in for the Upper Ball Joint recall. They took a quick look and couldn't find it. They wanted to charge more to look and it wasn't that big of a deal, so I let it go...
Let me know if find out and I'll do same.

Your heated seats have a element imbetween the seat cover and
cushion. First Check The Fuses... If you have a OHMs meter, look
for the (two wire) harness coming from the seat bottom cushion,
and seat back, (under the seat.) Check to see if you have continuity
through the elements, by disconnecting the wire, and putting the meter
on OMHs, and touching both wires. Do the bottom cushion, then the seat
back. The meter will show 0.00, or LO, or nothing , if there is a broken wire.
Seat heater elements are usually the cause of a heated seat to not work.
Hope this helps...
