Default 4.7l 0-60 time?

Hey guys whats up? i spent some time looking for this from curiosity and didn't find anything out there about it so i thought I'd ask you guys here.

I dont plan on racing my durango or doing anything for speed. but I'm just curious what a STOCK 4.7L 4X4 DURANGO is rated for its 0 to 60 mph time?

Me and my buddy one night timed it by hand a while ago and i got like a 10.75 secs. he was pretty good at starting and stopping so I'm guessing this is close. at the time i had a cheap built air intake system and a flowmaster muffler if that helps any?

Just curious about what you guys think.

You should have your buddy film a new 0-60 test run and post it here.

Alright i'll do that Dans01durango, I just need for the roads to get better. they're covered in slush and snow. plus its cold so who knows where all those black ice patches are.

7.8 secs is pretty quick. i've seen a 4.7l 2wd with a cai and flowmaster get what he claims 6.8 secs and a vid showing like 7.5 secs.

here's another 4.7l durango 4x4's 0-60 run at least i think he has a 4.7l based on other vids.

Yeah I'm hoping once I install my airaid CAI it will increase throttle response and off the line acceleration a bit.

I only do speed away from busy areas. I like in Tennessee so just take a cruise down a country road and gun it. I don't want anyone hurting or killing someone because of negligent driving because thu thought they're hot rod was quick.

Yeah? CAI do help some with power and acceleration but nothing to drastic. i feel like it gives more power in higher rpms. not lower but mine is a cheap build it yourself air intake i put totgether by buying the parts at autozone. i can post some pics of it

this is how it is now.
