01 dodge durango 5.9L , First I started to hear a clicking sound as a axle needed to be changed, So It was changed along with the wheel bearing and the upper ball joint.
Yet the issue still remains, When at Idle it's fine, Only when a press the accelerator do I get a flashback of riding my bike with a card in the spoke !! Because this is what I hear ! Anyone have any suggestions on what it could be or ever hear of a clicking sound at low to medium speeds?

 

Sounds like the backing plate may be bent a little and it's hitting the rotor.

 

Could also be something in the tire.
