I just wanted to post an update.

After replacing the clutch fan, thermostat twice (1st was a pepboys 195, 2nd is now a jet 180 degree which made a huge difference) the water pump, and the radiator. and countless gallons of coolant.

So after changing the Radiator. That seemed to be the problem. I changed the radiator with a new 2 core. I think this was my problem the whole time, a clogged radiator. But hey, now I pretty much have a brand new cooling system installed. I pulled my trailer up some good hill.. shifted it self to 5000rpm for a good 3 miles or so.. No overheating problems. actually ran cooler then expected. Went up to the mountains today.. 17miles up hill holding at over 3000rpms. No overheating problems.. Usually it would start to heads towards the "H" when I came to a stop after driving the motor that hard.. But nothing. Didn't even hit the half way point.

I love my Durango again! Only problem, was when replacing the radiator I had to pull the condenser so no A/C but Hey.. 40-50$ to recharge it.. I'll take it over the overheating problems.

Thanks for all the help guys!
