Hello all, I searched and didn't see any similar threads about the problem i'm having so I figured I'd take a shot and start a new one...

I have a 2000 Durango 5.9

Just recently while towing a trailer I started popping fuses like crazy. I replaced all the bad ones, now without the trailer, my brakes lights (the actual lights not the light on the dash) remain on all the time, and now my Left Turn Signals are stuck ON. Right side doesn't come on at all. Basically I'm trying to figure out what is causing this and what i do next to resolve it..

 

Sounds like a short, examine the wires from the brake light control unit (by the pedal) and at the pole for towing (by your hitch), and check for any frayed wires or something that might look burnt.
