Default durango 5.9 headache

I'm new to this site, and I'm having a problem with my durango.
It started with heater problems; changed a few things and those didn't help so we attempted the heater core. Wow what a problem, got everything tore apart and replaced the heater core. When putting everything back together we had power to only a few things. Found a ground wire loose so hooked it back up, tried again and have no power to anything. The fuel pump doesn't even work. What is going on? We have tried many different things not sure what to try next. Frustrated....
The battery was disconnected the whole time, fuses are good. Can anyone give me some suggestions please?

Welcome to the DF!

Check the main harnesses on the drivers side buy the fuse boxes, one could be loose. It sounds like the problem could be related to the CTM.
