I got the rear fixed to 72 inch pounds after my "mechanics" mess up. I am in the process of doing the front band at the same 72 inch poud setup, however, the adjuster is continuing to go into the bell housing and it is already an 1/8 of an inch below the threads and it still hasn't "clicked" I tested the torque wrench on the rear to make sure it didn't jump setting and it is fine in the back. What is going on here? At this point with it below the bell housing threads I don't see how I can put the locknut back on if I do hit 72 inch pounds.
