The PDC is located in the main engine bay just behind your battery and I circled the fuel pump relay for ya! For future reference however, on the under side of the PDC cover there is a diagram for which relays are which.

Yep, there is a fuse in the main PDC as well. See my picture below, circled in red is the main fuse (20 AMP).

That PDC cover caught my eye, just a heads up on my 1998 D the layout looks to be about the same but a few fuses and relays are in diffrent spots. I don't have an O2 or rad fan relay at all, my horn relay sits down there. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I have seen at least 4+ varieties. I would bet all the years are different.

ya so the next day i checked the fuse with a volt meter it was good so i changed the fuel pump relay with the ac relay and the fuel pump turned on so went to checker auto and bought a new one for 12 bucks. the owner said it was a 2000 durango, and the tag on the diver door said it was made in 11/1999. but i used the pic that whitewidow gave me and it seemed to be the right one for me

the 2000 being made in late 99 makes sense, glad you found your problem, and thanks for sharing w/ us what the solution was.

If your PDC cover is missing that should be something to replace pretty soon. There are a lot of relays and fuses in that area. It doesnt take much for some water to get in there and short a lot of components out possibly while driving. You should be able to get one at a salvage yard.
