Angry New Clock Spring for $200?

I have a 2001 durango with what i'm sure is a broken clock spring. I have no Horn, Air Bag, or Cruise Control. A Dodge dealer told me the part is $199 from them and I was wondering if anybody knows a place where I can get one cheaper than that. Or of any of you may know a person who has one that they are selling. I try to avoid eBay but if I MUST I will certainly do it. Thanks in advance for the input!

I found this......

I am in need of one too. The dealer here wants $199. The best deal I found is on eBay for $144.99 plus $4.95 shipping.

I couldn't find anything on Rock Auto. Depressing. I guess I'll have to get it from eBay.
