Just change the downstream sensor, cheap easy gamble (got mine from NAPA), and 9 out of 10 times it will fix the problem.

No happy ending yet. I shipped out to basic training and went to ait afterward so I just got back home hopefully I will get this resolved shortly after the holidays are over.
