The sound inside is not bad. Cruising down the highway there is a noticeable increase in volume, but just that, you notice it and go, hay that sounds pretty good! I turn on the radio and it's almost gone, then I turn it up and it is gone... Then my wife turns the radio it down!
I tell her that if it's to loud then she's to old...

yea and when it comes time that she doesnt like the truck anymore and she tells you to get rid of it using the argument "but honey, its just a car", you will respond with "and YOU'RE just a girl", the truck causes you less grief than she does im sure

Ain't that the truth most of the time. My truck never told me to slow down just to speed up!

A CAT-back has all new pipes (usually stainless) and most of the time is larger diameter pipes to accommodate the new muffler with better flow. The stock pipe diameter is 2.5" and most CAT-back installs I've seen (and done on mine) are upgraded to 3".

Usually with CAT back you can also get away with re-routing the pipes and put them where you want to avoid certain areas, say if you had air horns and wanted to avoid an air compressor.

+1 Widow

3" is plenty for a single exhaust.
