Default brake problems and conversion question

Ive been having problems with my 99 durango 5.2. The back driver side tire locks up sometimes and then make a rubbing noise like a belt noise almost. Anyways Im sure its the wheel cylinder and I already replaced the hose. I want to do a brake conversion and put pads back there instead of the drums. Can anyone give me a link to where I can get a conversion kit. Also will the conversion effect my e brake at all or are there any other down falls to doing this? Thank You

the conversion is VERY expensive (just to let you know upfront on that) and will require you to redo the e-brake because the rear discs require there to be a drum assembly inside the hub of the disc in order to have a functioning e-brake, and there are really no major advantages to swapping to disc brakes on the rear, they dont stop any better in my experience (iv driven identical trucks with both, the rear discs actually stopped better in this case). you also have to keep in mind that the large majority of the braking force applied to your vehicle is done by the front brakes, making the drums MORE than sufficient for the rear, even when towing (actually many prefer drums when towing for a number of reasons that i wont list here)

if you are dead set on the idea be ready to fork over more than $500 for parts alone

and the install is not something i would recommend for your normal backyard mechanic, this is your vehicles stopping ability you would be messing with.
