Default headlight assy removal.

Trying to change the turn signal bulb. Got three screws removed but the assy us still anchored by something. Is it a pull-out type of gizmo or is there a trick?

From what I can remember it was just one screw right at the intersection of the lines in the headlight assembly. Just on the inside of the corner. After that the bottom just pulled out.

That is what I remember on my 98. Should be the same. I could be forgetting a step or two but I don't remember 3 screws. Those probably hold the main headlight in. The main headlight and the orange/corner are two separate pieces.

Make sure you got the little piece of rubber weather protectant off the main headlight by the radiator and make sure theres not a small bolt holding it in. I know it's in there pretty well because it snaps in so you kind of have to apply a little bit of force and wiggle it out.

Ok thx guys. Yeah the molding holds it on the radiator side and a small hex head anchors it to the main assy. Then it just comes right out.

Dammit I love this site.
