my 02 dodge durango 4.7 makes a noice when i excelerate occasionally. it sounds like metal or the sound of change rattling. I recently replaced rear pinion seal, transmission pan gasket but it did it prior to this work. any ideas?

 

First off, it's spelled acceleration.

Secondly, where exactly is the noise coming from because based on what you've given us it could be anything from a piece of metal rubbing on the tire, to a rear end piece of metal in the fluid.
