Default CTM problem... With a twist!

So after hours of reading I am fairly certain my CTM is bad. Lights flickering etc. My concern is that along with all these problems, my ac cluster and car lighter have absolutely no power to them. Can this be caused by the CTM or am I the lucky owner that has two major problems in the same day :P any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

by car lighter do you mean the power outlet in the dash? if so id say that the A/C unit are probably just a blown fuse
