I purchased a 2003 durango this january. there was a prewired trailer light setup on this vehicle. hooked up the plug to the factory wiring. my directionals, brake and emergency flasher lights work fine. but i have no runing lights. checked the fuse box and there are fuse indentifiers that looks like trl1 and trl2. trl1 has connectors in it but there is no connection for trl2. pluged in fuse to trl1 still have no running lights. has anyone run into this problem, or does anybody have any idea what to check.

any help would be appreciated.

Pin number 3 on your connector is for the running lights. Bargman 7 pin connector

I have a 1999 Durango and the towing package included three relays and two fuses. Check your owners manual. It will tell you what your towing package should have included.
